This exhibition was curated by Carole Enahoro with logistical support from various other artists, including myself. I remember spending a lot of time invigilating, desperately nervous about all the hugely expensive tv, film and video equipment on loan from the Arts Council – none of it insured. And also being slowly driven nuts by having to listen to the soundtracks on the films and videos that were looped so that they were repeated over and over and over throughout the day.
